SALES TERMS

Discounts are based on single orders, shipped and invoiced to a single location.

Discounts apply to retail prices published in the current price list. The discounts are subject to change, and cannot be combined with special offers or discounted prices of sales merchandise.

ACCEPTABLE RETURNS

Any book published by New Growth Press that is still in print may be returned for credit within 24 months from the original shipping date of purchase. For full credit to be issued, books must be received in resaleable and undamaged condition. Items that are out of print, have stickers applied after purchase or received in damaged condition will not be credited.

To return an order, please email customerservice@newgrowthpress.com prior to sending your shipment. Please include in this email the titles, quantities and invoice number associated with the return. Returns accompanied with an invoice number will be credited at full purchase price. If an invoice number is not provided, returns will be credited at 40% of the current retail pricing.

For your return to be handled in a timely manner, please note the following:

Include your contact information and invoice number.
Do not return books that are out of print, have stickers applied after purchase or are not in sellable condition.
Package books carefully to avoid damage in return shipment.

If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please notify us within 30 days of receipt of the shipment indicating the nature of the damage and the items affected. We will credit your account or send replacement copies.
