Ordering

I need to place an order and receive it quickly or by a certain date. What is the best way to ensure I receive my items on time?

We understand that there may be times when an order is time sensitive. When checking out on newgrowthpress.com, please note the different shipping methods available. You will see expedited arrival options depending on the shipping method chosen. Once your order has shipped, you should receive an email with the tracking information for your package(s).

Do you ship products internationally?

Yes, we can ship items internationally. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all orders shipped outside of the contiguous United States of America. We understand that shipping to countries outside of North America can be expensive so we encourage you to visit our International Distributors page to find a distributor closer to you. You may also contact us at customerservice@newgrowthpress.com for assistance if you are ordering from outside the United States or Canada.

If we have a tax-exempt certificate, how should the documentation be submitted to New Growth Press so that taxes are not applied to the order?

If you are a church or non-profit with a tax exemption, please email a copy of the certificate to customerservice@newgrowthpress.com and we will be happy to adjust your customer account.  
 
Please do NOT place your order until you have received confirmation from our customer service department that it was received and processed. We are unable to adjust order totals to remove tax amounts after an order has been placed.

Discounts and Promotion Codes

Why isn’t my promotion code working?

It is possible that the code has expired or the sale has ended. Only one promotion code can be used on an order. If you still believe there to be an error, please contact customer service at 336-378-7775 or customerservice@newgrowthpress.com.

I forgot to use my promotion code. What can I do?

After an order has been fully processed on newgrowthpress.com, we are unable to retroactively apply any discounts to the order. If applicable, please save your unused coupon code to use on a future purchase. If the order has not yet shipped, we are able to cancel the order and you can resubmit the order using the code.

Do you offer a bulk price discount?

The MIXNSAVE coupon code is a quantity-based discount code (see below). This code cannot be applied to sale or otherwise discounted products. Please note the discount is applied to the RETAIL PRICE of the books, not the website price.

Return Policy

I received a damaged product or missing items from my order. What can I do?

Occasionally, items are damaged during transit or are missing from your order. If you receive a damaged product or an item is missing from your shipment, please contact our customer service department within 30 days of your order at 336-378-7775 or customerservice@newgrowthpress.com so we can make it right for you.

How do I make a return?

Returns are permitted up to 14 days after the shipment date of the order. After 14 days or without an original sales receipt, returns or exchanges will not be permitted.

Please note minibooks, e-books and other digital products are non-returnable or exchangeable.
 
You should expect to receive your refund within 7–10 days of its arrival at our warehouse. All return shipments are at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise noted. For faster processing of your return, please notify customerservice@newgrowthpress.com in advance of your package being returned.  

Church Bookstore Accounts

I am a church/ministry leader or administrator and am interested in purchasing products. Do you offer a discount for church bookstores?

New Growth Press is honored to partner with you in making gospel-centered resources available to your congregation through your church bookstore. We offer a special discount on most products. Please contact us at customerservice@newgrowthpress.com to see if your church bookstore qualifies for this discount.  

What is the return policy for church bookstore accounts?

Any book published by New Growth Press that is still in print may be returned for credit within 12 months from the shipment date of the order. For full credit to be issued, books must be received in resaleable and undamaged condition. Items that are out of print, stickered after purchase or received in damaged condition will not be credited.
 
* To receive full credit on your return, books must be received with the original invoice/order number. Returns received without an invoice number will be credited at 60% of the purchase price.
