Return Policy
We sincerely desire complete customer satisfaction. To that end we offer a full refund of your online purchase if you:
- Return new books, unopened CDs, and DVDs in their original condition.
- Minibooks are non-returnable or exchangeable.
- All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and accompanied with an original sales receipt.
- After 14 days or without an original sales receipt, returns or exchanges will not be permitted.

Submissions
Manuscript submissions must follow the standard New Growth Press template and may be emailed to submissions@newgrowthpress.com. You will be contacted within 12 weeks if we have an interest in your proposal. If you would like to submit a hard copy of your manuscript, please mail it to the address below.
