Who We Are

New Growth Press (NGP) is a growing Christian publisher, producing a wide variety of gospel-centered resources for individuals, families, and churches. NGP publishes books, minibooks, small group, and Gospel Story for Kids resources that provide churches, families, and individuals with gospel-driven publications for all ages. We specialize in helping like-minded ministries and currently publish for the Christian Counseling & Educational Foundation (CCEF), Serge, Faith Biblical Counseling, Harvest USA, Godly Response to Abuse in the Christian Environment (GRACE), Key Life Network, the World Reformed Fellowship, Joni & Friends, and Be Broken Ministries. as well as many other authors who share our common vision. What is that vision? New Growth Press strives to proclaim truth, mercy, and the transforming power of the gospel to a needy world. That’s why we offer a biblical-counseling approach to tough issues in relationships, marriage, and parenting; it’s why we publish discipleship materials for all ages and missional resources to equip the church.

New Growth Press is passionate about seeing the next generation firmly established in the gospel of Jesus Christ, so we have created a line of children’s products known as Gospel Story for Kids—including a popular Sunday school curriculum, story Bibles, family devotional books, and other resources for children and families. Every Gospel Story for Kids product has the good news of Jesus as its foundation and focus. The Gospel Story for Kids stamp of approval guarantees that a product is gospel rich, easy to use, fun for preschool through sixth-grade kids, and will help children, parents, and churches to grow in love for God and others.  

New Growth Press also publishes a growing catalog of fiction that portrays the realities of living in our world—the gritty, the mundane, and the joyful. NGP fiction aims to portray characters from all walks of life who are learning to live according to God’s principles in a fallen world. These are not stories of perfect people for whom everything always seems to work out. Rather, these are redemptive stories that help us see ourselves more clearly and most importantly, to see more clearly how God not only writes our stories, but lives them with us.
