Gospel Eldership

Gospel Eldership combines theological training with spiritual formation to help pastors develop leaders whose hearts are shaped by the gospel. In ten easy-to-use lessons, the workbook walks men through the biblical concept of gospel-grounded servant leadership and the primacy of character before looking at the specific duties of elders in order to develop elders who are strong in the gospel and able to apply it to the real-time needs of the church.
