I have come back to Sonship time and time again. The truths rich and meaningful and life changing. To get the full experience, one must have mentorship and listen to the lectures. God used Sonship to radically change my life a few years ago and I am so very thankful He did.

Phenomenal personal study resource. I was surprised how good it was and think I could go thru every couple years. You don’t “graduate from” what’s in here. Sonship, adoption, justification are clutch for the believer, and if you’re not living from these truths you’re probably (like I have the tendency to do) trying to earn and gain validation, acceptance or status. So good!

I’ve spent the past semester walking through this Sonship material. The experience has been deeply enriching and came during a season when I desperately needed it. I’d highly recommend the mentorship dimension of the curriculum. Without out the mentoring and coaching the curriculum is good but will probably land flat.

Perfect for group studies!

The Sonship manual is the best tool that I have used to help believers see the difference between believing and living as orphans in God's Kingdom and believing and living as sons and daughters in God's Kingdom. The manual poses questions and exercises to expose whether we practically focus more on our or others' outward behavior or on what is the motivation in our hearts. It helps believers see that our greatest ministry strength flows out of trusting God and being vulnerable with our greatest weaknesses. It significantly helps us to understand and live out our identity in Jesus.

Great curriculum for a mentoring/discipleship relationship. Messages were good. Excerpts in the manual were awesome. But of greatest importance is the commitment to and investment in the mentoring relationship.

This study contains a great deal of rich gospel-centered insights and truth. Nonetheless I find it difficult to lead our group through because I think it is poorly edited. The audio lessons contain many rich nuggets, but they tend to be disjointed and often-times meandering. The audio lesson outlines in the study guide do not match up well with the actual talks. And the discussion questions don't always move the lesson forward very well. All this with a price greater than any study-guide we've ever used.

I've used a lot of discipling tools over the years, Sonship is the best I have gone through or mentored through. It's a course I need to keep going through, preaching the Gospel to myself!

I rely on the concepts and truths of sonship daily. This is a great and accessible version of the material developed by WHM. It's been almost twenty years since I first read the materials and this is the best update yet!

Highly recommended for anyone looking to revitalize a stale or stagnant relationship with God. My wife and I, as well as my small group, have gone through material in this manual, and it has led to much joy, unity, and a deeper understanding of God's love for sinful people like ourselves. It feels good to not need to pretend like we have it all together.

I have the 3 ring binder manual. I got this because it is compact and much easier to move around. I think this is one of the best Bible studies around.
