AUTHOR
Sally Michael is a cofounder of Truth78 and has authored curricula and books marked by a passion for developing God-centered resources for the spiritual development of children. For 16 years, Sally served as minister for children at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota under the leadership of John Piper and of her husband, David. Sally and David live in Indianapolis, Indiana. They enjoy spending time with their daughter Kristi, daughter Amy and her husband Gary, and three grandchildren.

In this three book set, titles included are “Give God Your Worries,” “Good Gifts Come From God,” and “Our Great God.” Bright and beautiful illustrations capture little ones’ attention and the particular verse that book is focusing on is repeated throughout, making this a great tool for family time to help memorize scriptures. My oldest son really enjoyed “Our Great God” especially, which highlights Psalm 95:3- “For the Lord is a great God, and a great King above all gods.” There’s also a sort of reflection page to ask children more about what they read (or had read to them) as well as helpful and encouraging tips for parents. These books are inviting and engaging for children without watering down scripture- they are theologically sound and in my opinion, a wonderful resource to have for the Christian family.
